Our rooms are equipped with shower / WC, flat screen TV, radio, wireless Internet and balcony.
Start the day with a generous, healthy breakfast enriched with products from our farm.
With loving care I prepare you a breakfast buffet with a lot of variety.
Drinks as required;
3 types of cereals, 1 of them a la maison;
For each day of the week a different sort of jam, of course homemade with fruits and berries from our garden;
Sausage, bacon and lard from own slaughter;
Fresh milk, as well as homemade yoghurt and cheese spreads.
Cheese from the surrounding pastures and from Tyrolean Milk, where we deliver our own milk.
Fresh eggs from the highest farm the Stableshof;
As final touch we offer a homemade Butterzopf
and cakes on Sundays.

Short stay surcharge per night - Euro 10,00 per person
Tourist tax: Euro 2,80 per person and day - children up to 14 years are free.

We ask for a deposit of 30% of the booking price for a final reservation. You will receive the necessary bank data from us. In case of late arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the room price from / to the agreed date. The deposit = cancellation fee! For a follow-up booking (at least 6 days) within a calendar year, the retained cancellation fee will be charged. Court of jurisdiction Landeck.
